Employment Permit Support
We will arrange an initial conversation to understand your business, the vacancy and the type of person you need. We then create a profile specification for approval prior to approaching candidates or advertising the roles. From there, we can recommend an appropriate recruitment approach and provide a clear written quotation outlining the recruitment process, upfront engagement fee, finder/introducer fee and payment terms before any recruitment campaign begins.J&A Recruitment Ltd does considerably more than simply forward CVs.
Our recruitment fees depend on the type of position, recruitment requirements and level of support required.Following an initial consultation, we provide a clear written quotation outlining the upfront engagement fee, finder/introducer fee and applicable payment terms. The upfront engagement fee is fully deductible against the applicable finder/introducer fee upon successful placement. This means that the engagement fee already paid is credited against the finder/introducer fee due following the successful placement. No recruitment campaign begins until the “Non-Refundable” engagement fee has been received.
Yes. We can assist with urgent, temporary and seasonal recruitment requirements.Where possible, we recommend contacting us at least 1–2 weeks in advance; however, we understand that recruitment requirements can arise unexpectedly.Depending on the position, location and the availability of suitable candidates within our database and wider recruitment network, we may be able to respond at much shorter notice. The more notice you can provide, the better opportunity we have to properly source, screen and interview suitable candidates before presenting them to you.
Yes. Suitable candidates are interviewed as part of our screening process before being recommended to a client, initially online via MS Teams and, if deemed suitable, in person. This gives us the opportunity to explore their experience, assess their suitability and motivation, and confirm their genuine interest in the position. We also confirm the candidate's current availability, whether they are currently employed, and, where applicable, their notice period if employed and a potential start date. This helps ensure that the candidates we present are not only suitable for the position but are genuinely available and interested in progressing with the opportunity.
Some appointments involve additional requirements, particularly when an employment permit application or transfer is needed. Where appropriate, we can support employers and candidates in understanding the process, gathering the necessary information and preparing the required documentation. All employment permit applications and eligible transfers remain subject to the relevant eligibility criteria and approval by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.IMPORTANTJ&A Recruitment does not provide visa or employee sponsorshipJ&A Recruitment Ltd does considerably more than simply forward CVs.
