Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the recruitment services provided by J&A; Recruitment Ltd. By engaging our services, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Our Recruitment Services
We provide permanent, temporary, seasonal and contract recruitment across Agriculture, Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction & Civil Engineering, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Seasonal Employment, Administration & Office Support and Retail.

3. Client Briefing & Recruitment Proposal
Each campaign begins with a Client Briefing Form followed by a written Recruitment Proposal outlining the scope of services, Campaign Engagement Deposit, recruitment fee, replacement guarantee (where applicable) and payment terms.

4. Campaign Engagement Deposit
A Campaign Engagement Deposit is required before recruitment work commences. As work begins immediately, the deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final agreed recruitment fee following a successful placement.

5. Recruitment Fees
Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in the Recruitment Proposal. Fees vary depending on the number of vacancies, complexity of the assignment, seniority and specialist requirements. VAT
 applies where applicable.

6. Candidate Introductions
Where a candidate introduced by J&A; Recruitment Ltd is employed directly or indirectly by the
Client within twelve months of introduction, the agreed recruitment fee remains payable.

7. Replacement Guarantee
Where included in the Recruitment Proposal, a replacement guarantee will apply subject to the
agreed conditions.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate vacancy information, comply with employment legislation, provide
interview feedback and notify J&A; Recruitment Ltd when an offer is made and accepted.

9. Confidentiality & GDPR
All information is treated confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and
applicable Irish data protection legislation.

10. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed terms contained within the Recruitment
Proposal. Late payment may result in statutory interest and recovery costs where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability
The final decision to employ a candidate rests with the Client. J&A; Recruitment Ltd shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the employment of an introduced candidate.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the
jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
