6. Job Listings and Applications Through Recruit CRM
Our website uses Recruit CRM to display vacancies and receive candidate applications. Job listings and application forms may appear within an embedded frame, commonly known as an iframe.
Although the vacancies appear within the J&A Recruitment website, the application form and related functionality are provided through Recruit CRM’s systems. When the embedded content loads or you interact with it, technical information such as your IP address, device details and browser information may be transmitted to Recruit CRM.
When you apply for a position, the information you provide—including your contact details, CV and application responses—is submitted through Recruit CRM and made available to J&A Recruitment for recruitment purposes.
J&A Recruitment Ltd is the data controller for candidate and client information held within its Recruit CRM account. Workforce Cloud Tech, Inc., trading as Recruit CRM, acts as a data processor by providing the recruitment platform and processing information on our behalf.
Recruit CRM may process or store information in the European Economic Area, the United States or other countries used by its service providers. Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards must be used in accordance with data protection law.

Where reference checking forms part of the recruitment process, we may contact referees nominated by you. We may record information concerning your employment history, responsibilities, performance and suitability for a position.
You should ensure that anyone named as a referee has agreed to being contacted and knows that their contact information will be shared with us.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and accounting requirements.
Unless a longer period is required or justified:
